For a second year running the team was planned to be swim 1,500 metres Ann Tilman, cycle Sam Dent 40 km and run Ingrid Newman 10 km. Unfortunately for the second year running Sam was ill (I breed them wimpy) so at the last minute Taz substituted for Sam again.

When setting up a new business the thing that often gets thought of last, yet are the most important to establish, are the terms on which that business plans to trade upon. This vital element of running a business often only gets considered when a dispute has arisen.

The recent Guest Evening held by our Basildon group was a great success, with guests and members enjoying an evening of networking, food and fine ales. A special thank you to Mike Huggett of Cura (07950 393095) who provided the Ale Sampling. His knowledge of Ales was impressive and it was good to see what goes into producing such fine produce.
